These Terms & Conditions apply to sherimasonhomes.com, sell.sherimasonhomes.com and to the text messaging program operated by Sheri Mason ("I," "me," or "my"), a REALTOR® serving the Iowa and Illinois Quad Cities.
Text messaging program
Program name: Sheri Mason text messages.
What you'll receive: If you opt in to non-marketing messages, you'll receive responses to your inquiries, appointment and showing scheduling and reminders, and updates on your home sale or purchase. If you opt in to marketing messages, you'll receive new listings, local real estate market updates, and home buying and selling information. Each type is a separate, optional choice.
Consent is optional: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of submitting a form, buying or selling a home, or working with me.
Message frequency: Message frequency may vary.
Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" in reply to any message from me. After you send "STOP," I will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply "START" or sign up again on this website.
