This Privacy Policy explains how Sheri Mason ("I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through sherimasonhomes.com and sell.sherimasonhomes.com and through my text messaging program.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give consent on my website, I may send you text messages. There are two separate, optional consent choices:

Non-marketing messages: responses to your inquiries, appointment and showing scheduling and reminders, and updates on your home sale or purchase.
Marketing messages: new listings, local real estate market updates, and home buying and selling information.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit a form or to work with me.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How information is shared

I use service providers to run this website, store contact records, and deliver emails and text messages. They handle your information only to provide those services to me.

If you work with me on a home sale or purchase, I may share information needed to complete that transaction, such as with a lender, title company, or the other party's agent, at your direction. Your text message opt-in data and consent are not shared as part of this.

I may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact me.
You may ask me to update or delete the contact information I hold about you by contacting me using the details below.

How long I keep information

I keep your information as long as needed to respond to you, to serve you as a client, and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements. After you opt out of text messages, I keep a record of the opt-out so you are not messaged again.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or electronic system is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
